Ingredients:
Serves 2
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- Seasoning
- 2 slices of brioche
- Olive oil
- 4 rashers of crispy steaky bacon
- 25ml maple syrup
Method:
- Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and add the milk
- Season and gently whisk with a fork, then put to one side
- Dip the brioche bread into the egg mixture, turn over and leave to soak it up
- Place a frying pan on a medium to low heat and add a little oil
- Lift out the soaked bread and add to the pan
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on both sides
- Place the bread on a plate and add the crispy bacon
- Finish with a drizzle of maple syrup
