      • In order to offer you an extended range, including specialist items, Dobbies arrange for certain products to be delivered direct by our approved suppliers. Delivery in these cases will be managed directly by them, but we will do whatever we can to assist you in the event of any concerns.

        Keter aim to deliver within 10 working days, additional transit time may be required for remote areas. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date, and on the day of delivery a 4 hr timeslot will be provided by SMS/email. Deliveries must be signed for. Delivery is to the outside of property only, given clear and unrestricted access. Please check your delivery before installation commences.

        Returns: Please report damaged or missing parts within 14 days of delivery. All returns should be unbuilt and in the original packaging.

        Keter are unable to deliver to some postcodes, you'll see in your basket at the checkout stage if the particular product is restricted.

        Delivery is free for orders over ÂŁ50 (ÂŁ5.95 otherwise).
