Growing from seed offers productive plants that will supply you with a high yield of dense, flavour-packed florets weighing up to 500g each. Once the main head has been harvested, the plant will produce multiple spears as a bonus crop.

Blue Finn is delicious when eaten raw or cooked by steaming, boiling or roasting. With successional sowings, you can harvest this calabrese from June to October.
