Tomato Tigerella is completely greenback free and crops heavily and over three weeks earlier than 'Moneymaker'. The rich, tangy fruits have a unique flavour to complement the eye appeal of those clearly defined red and yellow stripes!
This cordon variety is well suited to cultivation outdoors or in a greenhouse.

- Preparation & Usage
Soil: Tomatoes need rich well-draining soil that stays moist but not soggy. Work compost, aged manure, worm castings, or a combination into existing soil.
Fertilizer: Tomatoes are fast growers and heavy feeders, needing regular supplemental fertilizer to produce well.
Watering: Plants need regular watering to grow well. The rule of thumb is to water slowly and deeply to encourage a deep root system.
Pruning tomato plants: To direct energy toward producing fruit rather than foliage, tomato plants can be pruned, though it’s not necessary.
