Attractive bicoloured flowers form into stunning flat, purple Mangetouts, perfect for eating raw or in a stir fry. They can also be steamed although their impressive colour will fade, or boiled and they will turn Green. As with all Mangetouts they are best harvested and eaten young just as the 'peas' start to show
This plant is resistant to powdery mildew and tolerant to downy mildew to help extend the sowing season to early July
