Who will we match?

All UK retailers, in-store and online. As long as the website prices match those offered in the store and as long as the product is available to buy today. For online retailers we will add the cost of delivery for a fair comparison.

How do I take up the price guarantee?

Here’s our checklist to request a price guarantee refund when you have already purchased the product from us:

It needs to be within 28 days since you purchased the product
You will need to have your receipt of proof of purchase
Please gather information of other retailers price and availability e.g. photographs, catalogues, flyers etc
Submit these details to the Dobbies store you purchased the product from, or contact our Customer Service team if purchased at dobbies.com

Once received we will review your request and the information provided. We might need to contact the other retailer to verify current availability at the price stated. If your request is successful, we will refund you the difference in price the same way you made the original purchase.

If you haven't yet bought the product, please bring the same gathered information of the other retailer's price and availability to us in-store only, and providing this meets the conditions of who and what we will match, we will happily match the lower price there and then.
