We deliver to UK addresses with free delivery for orders over £50*. Gift cards are delivered separately for £2 - see below for details. *Excludes in-store purchases to takeaway

Home Delivery & Click and Collect
STANDARD DELIVERY £5.95
Orders placed after 1pm will usually be dispatched the following working day. Therefore, orders placed on a Friday afternoon will be dispatched on Monday. Once dispatched, orders should be received within 7 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page
We aim to deliver to UK mainland addresses from Monday to Friday between 8am to 6pm unless otherwise stated
Orders for delivery to offshore islands and parts of the Highlands can take a day or two more. Please contact us for further details
Depending on the parcel carrier we use, you will receive either - an email or text the evening before the first delivery is attempted, and again on the day of delivery with an anticipated time slot - or an email on the day of delivery to confirm you will get a delivery that day
CLICK AND COLLECT Free
Click & Collect is available to all Dobbies stores - just select your nearest store when you place your order. It is free to place Click & Collect orders, and you will receive an email when your order is ready to collect (usually within 24 hours)
RESTRICTED POSTCODES
Regrettably, we’re unable to deliver plants to customers in BT, JE, GY and IM postcodes (Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man)
Some of our approved suppliers are also unable to deliver to certain postcodes. If one or more of the products in your basket are restricted, you will be advised at the checkout
Supplier direct delivery
In order to offer you an extended range, including specialist items, Dobbies arrange for certain products to be delivered direct by our approved suppliers. Delivery in these cases will be managed directly by them. The arrangements vary from supplier to supplier and item to item, so please check the specific delivery information and any associated costs on the relevant product page. It will be clear in the basket whether a product will be delivered by one of our suppliers
