Parsley is one of the most popular garnishes there is and it can be used in salads, added to sauces, fish and egg dishes. The dark green leaves are full of flavour and rich in Vitamin C and iron.
It is often used chopped and added to sauces, butters and for stuffing. It's also a welcome addition to salads and cooked meats. The leaves can be harvested as soon as large enough and will reshoot. This packet contains approximately 1000 seeds.

Sow indoors all year round for crops indoors on a windowsill or sow directly outdoors in patio pots or a herb garden from March to July. Indoor crops can be picked all year round, outdoor crops are ready to harvest from June until the first frosts.
