Ceropegia Woodii in Hanging Pot 12cm

The Ceropegia Woodii is also known as String of hearts as its leaves are shaped like tiny little hearts and its stems and veins even have a soft pinkish hue.

It loves moderate light and moderate watering – it may develop long and pink flowers with deep purple stamens.

It makes a fantasic hanging plant as the stems can grow very long, so put it up as high as you like and watch it try to reach the ground.
