Our order cut-off time is 4pm for next day collection

Click & Collect is currently available in all Dobbies stores, depending on product availability. You can view our store locator here

Currently it is not possible to amend your order. We recommend cancelling your order and placing a new order

When you arrive, ask a Dobbies team member who will show you how to collect your order. The location of collection points in stores will vary

We have a carefully selected range of products available to Click & Collect. We're adding products regularly to the Click & Collect range

If you’re not given the Click & Collect option, the item is not eligible for this type of delivery

Our collection services are only available on items which can be delivered by a single courier, so heavier items which need two people to carry them won’t be suitable for Click & Collect. Online Exclusives are not available for Click & Collect

Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit, and Electron

Please bring your order confirmation, either as an email on your phone or as a printed copy. Please also bring your ID - this can be your payment card, a photocard driving licence or passport

To help protect you from fraud we will not release an order without confirmation of the order number and seeing the ID associated with the order

Unless otherwise stated products won’t be packed in bags or boxes

Gift cards cannot be used to pay for Click & Collect orders

You’ll find a summary of all your online orders in the ‘My Account’ section of our website

Sign in to your account and find the order number for the relevant purchase. Make a note of this and bring it to the shop when you collect

Yes, simply sign in to your account and your discount will be automatically applied

Club members can collect points on all eligible products. Points will be added to your account within 48 hours of your Click & Collect order being placed

Dobbies Club points will be added to your account within 48 hours of your Click & Collect order being placed

Unfortunately, it isn't possible to use these as payment currently

We hope you’re happy with your order. If you change your mind or are unhappy with any items, they will need to be returned to store with a copy of your order confirmation email
